Shipping
We work with PostNL for shipping. Together, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible—often within 1 business day! If you order before 4:00 PM, your package is usually delivered the next day.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days, please contact our customer service.
Your order can be delivered to your home or an alternative address (e.g., your workplace).
Delivery via PostNL
PostNL delivers your order to the address you provide. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be left with a neighbor or reattempted later.
The date and time of the second delivery attempt depend on the first attempt. If you are not home for the second attempt, you will receive a notification in your mailbox. This will tell you at which PostNL Service Point you can pick up your package.
You have 7 days to collect your package; otherwise, it will be returned to us.
Pick-Up at a PostNL Collection Point
Don't want to wait at home for your package? Have it delivered to a PostNL pick-up point instead.
You choose where your package is delivered and when to collect it. There is always a PostNL location near you. You have one week to pick up your package; after that, it will be returned.
Returns
After receiving your products, you have 60 days to request a return—this is 3x longer than most online retailers because we have great confidence in our products.
Once you have registered your return, the products must be shipped back within 60 days to Always Prepared. Your purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation.
Important:
To ensure a smooth return process, we ask you to upload two clear photos of the product in the return portal:
- One of the outside of the harness
- One of the inside of the harness
This helps us verify that the product is returned in its original condition—clean, undamaged, and free of pet hair.
If the product is returned dirty or damaged, we may need to charge additional costs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
