Track & Trace code does not work

The Track & Trace code of the package only works after the package has been scanned in the distribution center. In most cases this only happens after 22:00 in the evening, it can also happen that the Track & Trace code only works the next morning after 08:00.

When can I expect my package?

We aim to dispatch orders on workdays before 4 p.m. the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Delivery by parcel service is done from Monday to Saturday.

I have not yet received my package, what now?

Have you checked the Track and Trace code and it appears that something is wrong with your package? Please contact us via the contact form or send us a message. It is also possible that mail is delayed. Unfortunately we have no influence on this.

What is the status of my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code. If you have not yet received this, your order has not yet been shipped. We ship orders on working days from Monday to Friday until 4:00 PM.

Ordered during the weekend?

Orders that we receive on Saturday & Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Change delivery address

We can change a delivery address for you as long as you have not received an email from us with a Track & Trace code. Please contact customer service for this.

Do you have an account with us, are you moving and do you want to report a permanent change of address? You can do this by logging into the website and changing your personal details. This is the fastest method to adjust your data.

I have a complaint/comment/point for improvement, what now?

Feedback is always welcome. Contact us via the contact form, or send us a message so we can deal with this as soon as possible

Place an order

You can easily order via the webshop in a few steps.

  1. Select products
    First search for the products you want to buy (all prices are shown incl. VAT). Do you need help choosing? contact customer service for personal advice.

Place the products in your digital shopping cart via the green button. You can now continue shopping or go to your shopping cart to order.

Do you have an account? If you log in to your AlwaysPrepared account, ordering will be much faster.
No account yet? You can also order without an account, but we will still need your details. We recommend that you create an account so that you can pay faster and you can view your shopping cart from anywhere.

Change or cancel order

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change it. Please contact customer service for this. If you want to cancel the order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within five working days.

Payment failed or declined

For your security, our system sometimes blocks payments if the details entered are not completely correct. If your payment is being declined, please make sure you are entering your details exactly as they are written on your payment card. If the issue still persists, please use PayPal (you don't need to have an account and can still pay by card). Or you can contact your bank to solve the issue.

Refund

If you have returned something to Always Prepared or canceled an order, we will refund the amount via the payment method you selected during the ordering process.

It takes at least 5 working days before the money is back in your account. Please note: the sender of the refund may also be Ingenico. Have you not received anything after 5 working days? Please contact customer service.

Status of your return

When we start working with your package in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. It is possible that your product has already arrived in our warehouse according to the Track & Trace code, but that you have not yet received confirmation of receipt from us. It can take up to 5 working days before we process your return.

Have you asked a question via the return form? Then we will contact you as soon as possible.

You can also see via your AlwaysPrepared Account under the heading My purchases whether we have refunded the returned items.

How tight should a dog harness be?

Both with a collar or for a harness, it should not be too tight and you should have at least two fingers clearance. Both should be handled appropriately. Good training is very important here.

The bust size is measured at the widest point of the chest, directly behind the front legs. To make the dog harness sit comfortably, keep an extra 2 cm (2 fingers). You can read the chest size of your dog when purchasing a relevant dog harness in the size table.

How do I know what size my dog needs?

Use a tape measure to make sure you have the exact measurements. It is best to measure your pet from a standing position on a stable surface.

A collar is an essential accessory for dogs. For a collar, measure the circumference of the animal's neck. Keep in mind that the collar must be comfortable.

How to determine the right size:

Use a tape measure to measure the neck size of the animal. Measure the circumference of the neck or widest part, close to the shoulders.

A collar should be comfortable at all times. When measuring the neck circumference, place 2 fingers between the neck and the measuring tape to make sure that the collar you purchase will not be too small.

Back length
How to determine the right size:

Back length is the distance from the neck to the base of the tail. To measure this section, place the beginning of the tape measure at the nape of the neck, then run it down to the part where the tail attaches to the body.

Can my harness go in the washing machine?

Always Prepared harnesses are machine washable, but try to hand wash them first. If you wash in the machine, use only the 'gentle' program WITHOUT spin. DO NOT use cleaners or other solvents such as bleach or degreaser. Use ONLY mild soap.

We recommend that you wash the product by hand with mild soap, rinse well and let it air-dry. Putting it in a washer/dryer can shorten its lifespan.

How does the tactical armor solve the pulling problem?

The front clip changes the point of leverage.
