Track & Trace code does not work
The Track & Trace code of the package only works after the package has been scanned in the distribution center. In most cases this only happens after 22:00 in the evening, it can also happen that the Track & Trace code only works the next morning after 08:00.
When can I expect my package?
We aim to dispatch orders on workdays before 4 p.m. the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Delivery by parcel service is done from Monday to Saturday.
I have not yet received my package, what now?
Have you checked the Track and Trace code and it appears that something is wrong with your package? Please contact us via the contact form or send us a message. It is also possible that mail is delayed. Unfortunately we have no influence on this.
What is the status of my order?
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code. If you have not yet received this, your order has not yet been shipped. We ship orders on working days from Monday to Friday until 4:00 PM.
Ordered during the weekend?
Orders that we receive on Saturday & Sunday are shipped on Monday.
Change delivery address
We can change a delivery address for you as long as you have not received an email from us with a Track & Trace code. Please contact customer service for this.
Do you have an account with us, are you moving and do you want to report a permanent change of address? You can do this by logging into the website and changing your personal details. This is the fastest method to adjust your data.
